It probably doesn't even have a boner it's just sticking out from the awkward sitting position. If thats the boner length its gonna be hard when a fat walrus climbs on top another fat walrus

It's because it has a baculum (aka penis bone) just like most mammals, the only reason it might seem weird is because humans don't have one.
