Damn it this always annoys me. I leave food like muffins, cakes etc for a while but after 2 weeks or so I eat so much in one day that I feel f00king guilty and feel like puking it all out. I keep saying it will be the last time but its never the last time and then to top it all off I have no space left in my stomach to eat lunch or dinner which totally annoys me. Why does muffin have to have so many empty calories?? No, there are no low calorie muffins here. I just have no clue of how to control this binge and unhealthy habit. Is there a way for me to hate them and leave them totally? God knows how much working out is required to remove the extra sugar in the body... Its like I get this high when I'm eating chocolate and orange muffins
i got hypoglycemia and i'd eat sugar on a stick, if my teeth wouldn't kill me. it's easier not to eat sweets if i eat food more often, though. anyway, muffins are awesome, i say eat away
Wow, I've never met a person who really hate fruits and vegetables :/ I love fruit! Bananas, apples, oranges, tangerines, you name it! I like vegetables, but not all of them.
I really can't imagine my life without fruits and vegetables. I have a garden in my back yard, and home grown stuff beats anything else
Oh, and for the muffins, try eating salty ones My friend has this recipe for muffins, and she makes the best muffins in the world (salty ones). I could kill myself in those so I share your pain to some extent yuri...

thats true you know. newton didnt discover gravity. the apple told him about it, and then he killed it. the core was never found.
When I started eating more healthy, I just had to find a substitute for all the candy and shit I was eating. It was hard...
I drank a lot of Coca Cola, Fanta and such, all the time, every day. But then I found this really good orange juice, I always hated juice but the one I found was really great so now, whenever I feel like I want something sugary, I just drink orange juice.
And with the candy, it was harder, cause I really really really hate fruits and vegetables, but instead, I now eat rice cookies (I don't know if that's the right word for it, but that's the direct translation from what they're called in Swedish), they taste almost like chips and while they're not 100% healthy, they're much more healthy than chips and candy at least.
I have yet to switch to fruits and vegetables, I absolutely HATE it. But I'm going to do it some day, I never gain any weight even though I eat like a monster, always been that way for me so I'm not in a rush. But you should try those rice cookies, get ones with strong flavors, in Sweden we have cheese flavor, chili flavor (EXTREMELY addicting ) and some other I haven't tasted yet.
*edit* I'm not saying I eat rice cookies instead of food, I just eat them instead of candy and similar things.
I guess most of us should eat "more healthy"
Just be carefull with that juice. OJ has more sugar than cola.
And yuri999 - maybe you should start mking your own muffins.
Put a huge chunk of dope in everyone of them, and I am sure you will watch very carefull how much you eat...
I think I have to cut it off at the root problem. I always notice that if I have stuff to read, then I read it while eating muffins. I really need to control my splurging on spending all the damn money on these muffins
Macdonalds has a low fat muffin but it is still high in calories. You could probably google a low fat and calorie muffin and make it yourself. There are some low fat and calorie fruit crumple things out there. Starbucks has a really good one. Almost all apple but with a crust to it. It is like 150 calories.
Sometimes I don't trust these claims. Who goes around and checks out the claims and how often.
I don't eat muffins. I would rather eat something else. Today for dinner I am having a backed potatoe and plain yogurt. I am sooo excited.
