I thought GM threw away the Hummer brand not long ago, and now even they themselves are passing into the ether? Looks like great timing in that case Still, being a fan of proper off-roading this looks interesting. I can't get Screamer 4x4 (which is supposed to be the best, and has the better vehicle licenses) working on my Vista setup... so I think I'll give this a whirl for my off-road fix.
plus it has free roam/sand box kinda gameplay, u can even get out of the car
it loox better and loadings practically no existing compared to horrid outdate crappy chrome engine uaz/hummer using and it runs smooth on very crappy pc configs, very optimized and good looking game
Game features include:

Uh sorry to go offtopic but I just tried the game Mortibus mentioned... MOTORM4X OFFROAD EXTREME and it's pretty damn good, with quite a realistic feel to it as well. Only issues so far is that the damage is very forgiving and the cars have too much traction from a standstill as if they have kers system - but if you want a realistic approach to off-roading this is perfect and works fine on vista unlike Screamer 4x4. The presentation is really nice as well I thought. For a game made by supposedly 1 programmer and 4 other people it seems really good.
But the controls are a little weird, accelerate and brake is only functional separately and there's a delay between inputs. Anyone else find this?
...damn, read this about the makers of the game;
Code:
There's a conflict between us and the publisher. They are not interested
in selling the game - and I don't think they ever were. Don't ask me why.
So, there's no point in doing advertisement on our own - we have no
funds and olny problems with the gmae. You're right, nobody knows about
it.
lol. It's true though. Wonder how Mortibus came to know of it.
