I would be suprised. Less than a week until rls day and they delay it, cant see that happening.

Perhaps check the official forums, if the game is out on all platforms then someone must have bought it for the PC.
(Can't be that everyone pirated the X360 version can it? mixed impressions so far judging by the comments in the console section.)
