Bump 
Just thought i'd share this with you , get a serial number from one of the world tour guitars and go to link underneath
Choose the " whammy bar fault" option , go thru the troubleshoot , then at the end they will send you a replacement for free with no need to send faulty one back, i done it yesterday and got 2 guitars in the post today

You know you can do it for drums as well , just say pad isn't working and they send the full kit + microphone

Any idea what the deal here is? Everytime I try to do this, it gives me two options, both of which require me to send the old one back. I've tried this with both US and Canada. Any thoughts?
