Hi,

I get rockband for psp a couple of days ago and although i was very sceptic about the gameplay, it's actually very fun. The tracklist is also very nice. I did find 1 issue with the game and i was wondering is anyone else experienced the same thing.
It happens a lot that when i select a track in the menu, when it loads the track the game reports following error: can't find memory stick, please try again (or something like that). It then puts me back in the previous menu and need to select it again. am i the only one experiencing this error?

gr,

T.

didn't even know a rock band game for the psp existed Very Happy , so just went to get it and found this:

Quote:
Make a new empty text file (notepad) name is e.g. "new.txt" and put it inside PSP/game folder. Then run the game.
Because whenever you play this game, it deletes the "/GAME" folder from the Memory Stick.
it'll say that "there are no games" on your Memory Stick.

hope this solves your problem.

i tried your sotution but it didn't solve the issue. it's tells me i removed the memorystick when it loads a song. i just have to reselect the sang and try again and it usually works. it's just terribly frustrating when you have 3 songs in a row, he loads the first one, loads the second one and when then i get the error on the 3rd song and throws me back to the menu. i get to play the whole gig again (great way to increase gametime tho Very Happy)
i'll update my psp to the latest custom firmware, it might help.

except for that, the game plays great and i'm really enjoying this in the train on my way to work Smile

Update your CFM and make sure you're using the M33 umd driver. Also, check if you've overclocked your psp, a few games lose the ball (like flatout)
