Uh no, there are no vampires in hot date. There were no special sim types in Sims 1.
The only similarity between nightlife and hot date was a restaurant/club/dating theme
the gameplay was totally different.
As for EAs claim that the reloaded version was a bugfilled pre-final version. The razor release is just as buggy for me. I uninstalled completely and cleaned it out. Graphical anomalies (occasional giant spikes coming off the sims heads), crappy pathfinding, a guy who mysteriously stops upgrade progress on something to use the washroom/whatever and instead of it saving the % it goes back to 0. If I stop him it saves the %..etc..etc..
kudos EA. You've really outdone yourself.

Too bad there are no things like:
1. Making your sim a porn star,
2. Going postal and killing entire town,
3. Your sim becoming terrorist,
4. Creating Pirate Bay and bootleg software via P2P.
Boring game for me.

Any news about RLD saves working in Razor's release ?

Damn, I was making a manual patch from the RZR to RLD version to save some ppl the bandwidth, but there is a huge 1gb file (FullBuild0.package) that's quite different. And I can't find a good comparison patcher (that doesn't choke on files this size)
Oh, well.

Yes, that patch is fine. Also, it doesn't modify the main exe so use the same crack.

After updating to 1.0.632.00002 when starting the launcher it still says my version is 1.0.631.00002 but the patch installed successfully. Is this normal?

Yes but it doesnt max everything at once , i think it will only max the one with yellow,red bars. It works flawless for avoiding sleep which is the most annoying mood to keep

I install Razor release, patch, crack, copy saves and play?
What patch do I need? The one posted on previous page?

If the game was gold on May 8th shouldn't the final release also be "Modified on may 8th" instead of being modified in april. I still feel there will be a release of the retail version on or after June 2.
1 and 2 are still amazing.

What is needed for ambrosia, deathflower (not sure about the name because i play dutch language) and.....?
I remember someone saying deathflower but can't find the post anymore.
How to get the option to live in the house of another sim, i can ask if they want to live together but only in my house.
I know it's possible because i did it twice but i tried 5 or 6 times since and i can only choose my house.

You need a Deathfish which can be fished from the graveyard during night and a Life Fruit which you'll need to grow, i myself havent managed to find any seeds for that yet though but i have Gotten a Deathflower on the other hand =)
