Plot: An extraterrestrial race forced to live in slum-like conditions on Earth suddenly find a
kindred spirit in a government agent that is exposed to their biotechnology.
i like the idea too, but the short was too documentary-like and too heavy-handed in getting its message through for my liking. although the movie might be better, since there'll be room for other things besides hammering some point home
