That error message is getting stranger and stranger to understand now that people who use a identical layout either get it to work (Like Pey) or get that error message (Like StreetUnder and myself.)
Strange but perhaps there's some reason for it?
EDIT: Should type faster, seems the above was cleared up.

i reboot then tried and it worked.. strange.
well we got the game working people, thanks to pey, jbeckman , me, and Newty182 
F*CK evolved games...
now the tutorial (HOW TO GET GOW RELEASE TO WORK):

4- extract all files inside on grin exes, grin exesvistaonly, bundles,video,context (the language you want), root.
5- create data\videos folder and bundles.
6- EXTRACT VIDEOS TO VIDEOS AND BUNDLES TO BUNDLES , THE REST STAYS ON THE ROOT FOLDER
6- it should look like this (LEVELS IS WRONG , WRITE BUNDLES, AND VIDEOS AND DATA FOLDER WITH CAPS OFF) :
ROOT FOLDER
VIDEO FOLDER
7- mount image on DTOOLS PRO + DTE
DTE -http://forum.daemon-tools.cc/f20/daemon-tools-extensions-dte-23003/
8- Install OPEN AL, AND NVIDIA PHYX FROM THE GAME
9- PLAY THE FUCKING GAME!

wtf happen , dt pro 4.30 + dte tool 2.2.10.0 and when i try to launch says
" Please insert the original disc instead of a backup (1000)." lawl ?
loading screen - > some credits - > exit and ^^ that error
