well of course anything is possible, but the shit they would have to go through to stage that would be quite alot of red tape.. permits, insurances etc etc. Not to mention the whole landing on a main road somewhere.

Dunno, could well be part of something bigger, but at same time its perfectly feasable that is exactly what happened..

Yeah looks like they landed went down the motorway pulled in to a carpark and went to get some burgers or something. I would say it was staged.

what you mean too smooth? seemed normaly for me, he was pretty low by time the second attempt at an engine start failed, and he had plenty of speed up to land that (looks like a maul or something) plane to me..

I dunno, I thought the camera would be all shaky and stuff since they still were going pretty fast.

It's just coincidence that it happens to a guy who teaches people how to make emergency landings. Rolling Eyes

Wouldn't all flight instructors have to teach their students how to make an emergency landing..?

Not emergency landings, but how to recover from a stall yes. When I initially read the description, I thought he was a specialist in emergency landings, but it appears he might just be a standard instructor.

An instructor would not do his practice and teachings by landing on a highway Lmfao lol, i took my ppl at 17 and we did stall turns, engine failure, and various other harsh moves to regain control but never did I land on a road with traffic lol..
