proper mechwarrior simulation - none of this arcade or rts bullshit
flashpoint was essentially the progression of deltaforce gameplay
i just wish there was a game like deltaforce, in that it featured wide open areas and tactical operations
things that are both poison in today's market for some reason
i never really liked outcast much
it was nice for it's time i guess but the game was just boring in the long run
but voxels though.. i'm fairly certain we will see voxel based games in a few years
now that raytrace acceleration is picking up again

Theres many titles that come to mind, but only one really stands out. Dungeon Keeper. I would like to see this classic title to be remade in Savage style, with two commanders per game, and the rest of the players taking the part of the grunts. Adding the ability for individual player to earn gold and grow in levels would only add to the depth of play.

my answer - NONE
by today's standards they'd make some half ass sequel/remake using modern day 'gameplay' methods
i'm playing Deus Ex atm , without any mods (HDTP doesnt seem to work tho .. ) and it's still playable . i can't imagine a proper remake today , they'd only dumb down the whole experince , multiplatform it and make it shorter . heck .. i bet there'd be regenerative health system .
but in a 'perfect world' scenario , some upgrading (sequals or remakes) to titles like (see below) wouldnt hurt

I can only think of one game deserving either a remake or a succesor.
SWAT 4 - With better graphics and an enhanced AI that would be an epic game.

+1 to Outcast, Die by the Sword, LBA
Outcast/LBA were just brilliant games, no doubt about it. Die by the Sword I found very amusing personally.
Fallout as well, I did not like Fallout 3 one bit. I still don't get why they went by the semi-FPS style and dulled the game down so much
Edit: I saw someone suggesting Jazz Jackrabbit as well, good man!
If we're going down that road though, give me all the games I played back then:
- Duke Nukem (will take Forever ;()
- Halloween Harry
- Commander Keen
- Monster Bash
- Mystic Towers
- WHACKY WHEELS !
- Rise of the Triad
- Bio Menace? Similar to the platformers above, dude with long black hair fighting zombies

I played and enjoyed pretty much all of the games listed there, 3DRealms had better make DNF memorable as well!
For those who don't know, Apogee used 3DRealms as a marketing brand first but adopted that name permanently when 3D games became more and more popular. Instead of dropping 3DRealms, they dropped the Apogee brand..
