Let's see.
KoTOR2. Broken mess.
NWN2. Most unoptimised game in living history. GTAIV has nothing on that.
The rest are all unreleased, or cancelled, games. Yup, Obsidian has my money .. honest.

Didn't see I didn't enjoy them(well I didn't enjoy Oblivion without mods). But I don't want another Oblivion with cars/guns/airplanes/stones/sticks/boomerangs/whatever.

Haven't played fallout 3 in ages and am not really familiar in what is going on recently with the game. Is anchorage a standalone expansion?

If the engine is good, why not use it? It's a beautiful engine, scales reasonably well, and offers a pretty huge game world - and completely seamless too, aside from entering certain cities/building (though even mods remove that limitation)
It's like saying you don't want any games based on another prolific engine; UE3. It seems almost every bloody game that comes out these days is using that engine.
@Human_Steel
Nah, it's DLC that merges with the game itself.

I'd rather have a broken game with some depth, then the craptrap that Oblivion was.

Makes me laugh every time.
I gave Oblivion a chance, I've played it for 10 freaking hours, I wanted to pull my fucking eyes out.

Mask of the Betrayer is better than any recent bethesda game. And it's one of the best RPG experiences in recent years.
Kotor was a buggy game, but it was great. Add to that the Obsidian studio is comprised of former Black Isle employees - the guys who made Fallout. Makes me believe that this will be better than the original Fallout 3.

In your opinion, naturally.

Yes, it was. On both counts (buggy, but still great) - oh and Flagship Studios was comprised of the very same guys that created Diablo 2 -- and look how THEY turned out.

Good for you. I, on the other hand, thoroughly enjoyed Oblivion - and I steadfastly defend my right to that opinion.

KOTOR 2 was a broken mess because Lucas Arts wanted a quick fix of money.

I believe you played Gears of War. Do you remember how the environment, destroyed buildings and overal futuristic (but not the space-SF) atmosphere felt in that game? It was just the perfect combo of proper design and great postprocessing effects. The same I want to see in a postapocalyptic game full of despair and endless wasteland.
On the other side, there's FO3 with terrible contrast between shadows and lightened surfaces, jaggy models everywhere, plain stretched low-res textures, lame bumpmapping and overal plastic look of the game, almost even worse than Doom 3.
To be honest, Gamebryo was perfectly suited for Oblivion, and I will do well for any other colorfull game. But I'll rather see New Vegas even in Source engine, than in Gamebryo.

So how did I play Gears of War on max? I have the machine which plays FO3 on very high settings.
Fallout 3 is simply an ugly game.

Why don't you apply the 2048x2048 textures then?
