no its a ENU.pak file that you goto put in the games folder.. if you go to first page ull see a post with download link for it. with info..
make sure all ur os regional stuff is United states US language etc though.. and there is a post by djaoni showing images of what initial region server area to choose.. Think the language wont show english if u mess that up also.

Excellent thread for such a promising game! Big thx to all who provided help! 
Here's a question though:
I am at the server login screen facing this message:
What does "Waiting time is not included in the game playing time." means ? I must say that I succesfully (I think) registered my adult code to the website and link provided in the first page of the thread.
Is the message generic or it refers to some gameplay limitation on my account? Is everyone else getting this while waiting?

What happens if i dont add an ID? none of listed ones in the translated instructions seem to be working.
I always get this:

Ignore the "forbidden words" thing, it seems to happen if you click "check name" everytime. I had the same thing but could create a character anyway without any issues. Just to confirm what ID problem are you having?
I used the last one on the list and it worked without any problems at all.

It turns out that one of the original IDs listed is that of a child, and so your account becomes forbidden from entering any more IDs. Here is what you need to do:
1. Clear your browser cache or switch to another browser.
2. Go here ( http://register.sdo.com/sdo/reg/common/inputinfo1.asp?from=78 ) and register a new account. If the registration page shows any trace of you having visited already, you didn't clear your cache.
3. After creating your account and clicking through the links to enter in the name and ID, go to this site ( http://cid.unet.cc/?region=china ) and copy the long number in red. This is your new ID.
4. Pick one of the names from the original list and use that along with your newly generated ID.
5. Enjoy the game!

What he is saying is that the names aren't showing up for us. They are boxes with numbers and letters instead of chinese text.

yeah i noticed ur flying since i saw u at 6 and 7 lol no idea how u do it, im no mmo n00b but im guessing scout is harder to level up at this time, no bow till 10 i think etc etc..
