Don't see that one a lot these days though, Fanta took over in the mid-late 70'ies. Wink

My mom and dad always have Jaffa at home for some reason. Suppose cause Fanta isn't normally sold in 33cl bottles.

It's classified, right now, as a cake .. but the UK government wants it reclassified as a biscuit. Why? More taxes on biscuits than cakes, I shit you not.

The best Jaffas are the chocolate ball things with orange coating. I buy them whenever I see them.

digestive? What a name for a cookie. Kinda gross. Makes me think it has some digestive enzyme in them for easier eating for older people. Like a type of fiber cookie but more uber eating for the elderly.

Hm, have anything to do with Israel? Smile

Yep, it turns out that Jaffa oranges (which is what they're named after) originate from Jaffa, Israel.

From WP: Although they were advertised as aiding digestion, subsequent scientific research has concluded this is untrue and that they are, humorously, a laxative.
