Ive bought loads of points and gold memberships off ebay and g0t digital delivery of the code within an hour every time.
Find a realiable seller with plenty of good feedback ( preferably a power seller) and your good to go.

I looked through ebay scouting for points earlier today.
Not sure if its the same everywhere, but definitely UK, the "buy it now" for points are almost always more expensive than MS.
If you can win a standard auction then you might save a few pence.

Used to buy em from the US when it was about 2 dollars to the pound
Now its cheaper for me to buy em in the uk , shame I have a US account

if you want cheap, go with ebay or gamehubs like stated above.
and you better get used to paypal... they like to fuck with you when you're on the seller side, but i never had problems when sending money.

Still cheaper through MS (well, dependant on exchange rates I guess).
UK based prices:
site above: 2100 MS point = £18.00
MS official site: 2100 MS points = £17.85
