hey, patch works great, thanx - no more crash on car setup
I didn't install Polich patch just copied and pasted the renamed file and over wrote the orginal.

if you can't change file extension,go to my computer,in tools,folders option,display and uncheck hide file extension...
now you can remove the *.jpg extension.

Hi @ll. (I ve read befor ask, or post:))
So i have always this fakin "protection error" message..i ve try uninstall-reinstall with cd-without, mount image-without, starforce cleaner, download a crack from pcgameworld, NOTHING help, and a game wont launch...WHY??!
Try polisc patc, try crash fix, nothing
i use winxp sp1(all update no sp2!) and a good enough hard pc..
PLS guys help me

For "ktmlc4" simple solution uninstall Nero 6.6.01 or 6.6.03, test the game, If work, reinstall Nero 6.3.15 in atemp for a Nero update that probably resolve the problem.

I hate that the game manufacturers think they have the right to force us to uninstall our legal software. This makes me not wanting to buy the games because you will often need the crack to fix it anyway.

Hi! ELIZ how to found Nero 6.6.30 i try official site and only 6.6.03 are on download's?
I run with Nero 6.3.15 and work without any crash.

Hi "ms_bug" Klawiatura, probably comme from exe or dll file not from language file, i use a french fixed **.Lng file & is the same Klaviatura, i have make a research but the exe & dll file use encodet caracters, you can make your own research, use hexedit, open the files and use "research text option" if you found the word, replace with other but respect the number & place of caracter from old word NOT LONGER, if shorter replace missing with 00 octets. hope this can help you and sorry for my bad english i am french.

Hi! friend's, found on GCW's Forum, Car setup FIXED ALL Language Files, open the Downloadet folder copie your language file to any place on C:\ , rename it to whole_E.Lng and overwrite original in the:
C:\Program Files\Codemasters\Colin McRae Rally 2005\Data\String folder .
Play the game in your language without car setup crash's
Go to http://rapidshare.de/files-en/240920/SX568.exe.html
Download the file SX568.exe use ULTIMA as pass to extract the files
I have only tested the french file and their work fine hope is the same for other language.
Hope can help someone and thank's to "Ma Pomme" for sharing this files

Hi, Nero 6.6 problem's are solved by updating Starforce drivers

i run the Euro game version with update 1.1, starforce driver update, the crack from ultima and have installed Nero 6.6.03 all its OK.
