Surprised as to how few people mentioned Myst IV. That game blows perhaps any other game out of the water when it comes production, graphics, immersion and game design

An overlooked genre - flight sims. Pacfic Fighters is excellent (and even better if you already own IL2:Forgotten Battles as it integrates perfectly). Very pleased I bought this one. As a flight sim enthusiatist (as well as other game types too), this is my choice. Very Happy

Is it real sim or a bit of fun too? I mean if i'm going to play it on keybord is it worth it?
How would you compare it to IL2 (easier/harder/the same)?

My best of 2004 - Far Cry (but after i bought new pc to handle it Very Happy).

Nope It's not worth it. You won't have the proper feeling when flying and you'll do a lot of mistakes, so NO.

UT2k4
Children of the Nile
Half Life 2
Riddick
Far Cry
Vampire

2 biggest dissapointments:
Doom3 - no gameplay/AI, tech demo
Locomotion - horrific track laying
