how can they get steam better without funds? and i really dont see what the big fuzz is about steam... works fine for me. sure it has it flaws.. all systems do more or less.
and this doesnt go for just valve products.. if you like a game. buy it... especially if its a online based game.. dont whine for late "cracked" updates.

for a start, its more team oriented on 1.6, u can easily flash a tunnel and take out 4-5 guys on CSS, on 1.6 ur lucky if you get 1 using that tactic. 2ndly the sniper rifles work far too good on CSS and the AK / colt pretty bad and unrealistic. most of all though, sound is vital in 1.6, to get a good gauge of where the enemy is, how many etc. in CSS its pretty shit, and if you have a high spec graphics card you have a big advantage with tje shadows and lighting.
assault_lith isn't assault  its a poor poor remake. and it didnt take 3 months to make that map more like a couple of weeks and a 2 man project at most. |

Steam is not something that is needed, it doesn't need to get better we need to get rid of it and the only way to get rid of it is to stop supporting it.

Yeah, like I really needed a lecture. If you like a game, buy it, sure, knock yourself out, but if I like a game I play it - if there is no cracked version available then I'll play something else.

Lol, i've played CS for quite some time, same goes for CSS, in my personal opinion nothing has changed, except the extreme graphic make over and the addition of physics, for me it still plays the same, feels the same, is the same, only with a brand new coat, which really makes it fresh IMO.
EDIT: btw, the sound has changed a bit yeah, some weapons sound a bit different, but the sound still reflects accuratly in distance, i also think that the new sounds are better.
As Kamikaze, i also do not understand what you mean with unrealistic AK/colt, if you look at reality, none of the weapons in CS or CSS function like they should.
