Also, is it optimized/scalable for 2-3 year old PCs ?

Timed Levels = Instant Uninstall.
Cool idea but it suffers from the typical shitty "Russian" feel that all the games they make have.
I can never be free, because the shackles I wear can't be touched or be seen.

game lags on a gtx 295, game does not have 1900 resolution, story is pathetic, 1 c sucks.

Hmm, you sure about the 1920 resolution? I think I had no problems putting it on that resolution in the demo, plus it was very smooth here with the 4870x2. Maybe a driver issue.

alright at least i managed to recover the lost fps from the game by disabling oclussion, but the question remains how do u enable 1920 resolution, the max it gives me is a 1650. iNatan please tell me how to enable 1920 or is just that demo lacks that format.

Yes. 1920x1200.

Just to add a thing.
1920x1200 - 16x10
1920x1080 - 16x9
Might be that the game has issues with 16x9 resolutions?
(Should be a config file somewhere though.)
Oh and for the console:

anyone have problems like this..game crashes when fighting first boss (wizard) , some kind of "script error" report . Playing clone release+relodaed crack in DX 10 mode. , OS i Vista 64 , GPU: HD 4870

1C is a publisher and a copyright holder, the one that "fight" pirates, but mostly they're trying to scare school kids to death. They're not developing games themselves.

Painkiller is exactly what I expect from a game that calls itself a shooter. Very few (if any) games during the last two years have been able to fulfill these expectations. I'm pretty sure that Necrovision does, though.

Painkiller is exactly what I expect from a game that calls itself a brainless dumb check-brain-in-the-door shooter, expecting you to not think at all. Very few (if any) games during the last two years have been able to fulfill these expectations. I'm pretty sure that Necrovision does, though. |

What? But this isn't what Gorax said/meant (as I understand it). He said Painkiller and NecroVision are the only shooters in a long time to be exactly that, shooters only, requiring to shoot and not think. Who said anything about graphics? In fact, games like Painkiller and NectoVision have to have amazing graphics, because they have so very little of else.
