Judging by the trailers it looks like a 6/10 game. Gonna skip unless there is some uberawesome stuff iv missed.

I played the demo and it ran very shitty. Kept stuttering when moving camera around. And yeah looks like a 6/10 game to me too. Will burn if it somehow gets great reviews.

Everything that Megahoover said, I am giving it a 8/10. This was one of those games where somebody had to pull me away from it. I havent seen many of those in the RTS genre in recent times.

Fucking nice game ! I love it ! First so damn nice rts on xbox ! It's so easy to play and it makes me fun ! Cinematics are so awesome ! GfX is very nice ! Story is brilliant , missions are good . done 9/15 missions . Rest i'll leave for tommorow. This game is fucking nice !

I used to work in a pressing plant, i'm still within the industry but in a different field now (moved up a bit). Publisher decides on region locking a game. When a game is close to finished it goes to microsoft for certification, then it's declared gold. I know of one game that was pulled from pressing at the last minute because of a fatal bug that was discovered, but i can 100% confirm it is down to the publisher to enforce the region code.

Pretty fun game. I really wish you could play as the flood though, that would have been great. Oh well, atleast there's Flood on some mp maps. Will probably come to the campaign, I'm only on mission 5 or so.

a game doesn't need 9+ average scores and be a goty candidate to be enjoyable.
8.5 average is excellent.
if it got 6 I'd be worried, but 8.5 on average is an a very good score.

Hmm I'm stuck on the 3rd level, where you have to save the retarded civilians and it's getting to be a pain in the ass. The CPU cheats at the very end of the level by spawning a flying drone right ABOVE the only remaining 2nd ship and blows it EVERY time... anyone passed this?

Im on 6th level myself.
Just focus on one of the carriers towards the end. Without proper micro management I personally think its a pain in the ass to secure and follow the path for those stupid civilians. So I just went for the 2nd. And remember, you can save your game whenever you want.

Hmmm...
Well I think the 2nd ship is pre-scripted to survive. My problem was that when I'd get ALL of my military to the 2nd ship, an enemy drone would spawn right above the 2nd ship and blow it.
But you say I can save anywhere I want, I noticed that and saved yesterday, but the game keeps loading the beginning of the level every time, do I have to load explicitly?
Also, I noticed that using the watch towers helps immensely.

Well im a RTS noob & giving this game a try looking for a quick change from all the FPS's & Im starting to sort of liking it now I also struggled past that stage where you have to save the civillians too, it was a case of anything i did the ships got destroyed Im like wtf do you have to do here & Im only playing it on normal as well,hell knows how you supposed to do it on heroic or legendary? Ive just got to the 6th stage & game is starting to grow on me learning new things as I go along
