To actually get the proper "save and exit" option you have to get the pause menu up then left twice on the D-pad, i'm guessing F1 will do the same on keyboard.

And besides that sound isn't working properly, but that might be because I'm not using "gaming" sound card.
If this is the best consoles have to offer, then thanks, but no thanks. |
Yeah, this game has 88% on metacritic because it simply sucks. |
I don't see Your point, it is purely my view on the game and I don't see any reason why other reviews would affect it in any way. No matter how aggresive, it is still my opinion.

what methods are there for filling up the boost bar?
i know of takedowns, jumps/trick jumps, driving on the opposite lane, near misses and drifting, which i couldn't get the hang of, so i'd appreciate some advice about that too.

You have to click each action and then map it to a button on your controller. You won't see a preset option, like you see the keyboard, unless you use a supported controller (like the 360 one)

My game crashes when trying to connect to the criterion servers, any fix for that yet?
Or is anybody else having that problem?
The game loads fine up until the point it says connecting to server, and then it just crashes and said something made the game not run idk, im running it in windows 7 btw.

I said my point before going to bed last night, but my posts were deleted by trigger happy (or in this case delete happy) mods. And no, there was no name calling or insulting in these posts, just good old discussion. But it seems mods can do whatever the hell they want without any consequences.

mortibus: i'd guess you'll be able to unlock them later in the game
teniak: there's no split mode.
did you guys manage to restart an event? the ultimate box is supposed to include that feature, but i don't remember seeing it last night.

great, after Mirrors Edge another EA game that forces me to play in my native (OS) language. And the localization SUCKS! Any way around it atm? I refuse to play this in german I want ENGLISH! FUCK YOU EA
