I was thinkin' in a future to get a 260GTX (i cant afford more of what the 260GTX costs ere,243,51€)

the thing is that i've got a 550W Seventeam PSU and i dun think it'll resist my whole PC (check my signature)...so i tought of gettin' a Thermaltake toughpower 750W Modular (110€)

If i had to change GPU,will i notice a huge difference or something?..also,do i have to change CPU to a better one or i'm fine with my E6600 NO OC?

You need to overclock the CPU to notice any performance difference... There are plenty of guides to overclock without frying the CPU.

Check my signature.I've updated my BIOS to 902 and downloaded the latest ASUS AI tool for OC or something.I'll do a copy/paste

-Antec900 (ALL FANS MIN)
-ASUS P5K Deluxe
-Intel Core2Duo E6600@2,4Ghz + Thermaltake BigTyp12VX (MIN SPEED 1300RPM bcz of NOISE)
-XFX 8800GT 512DDR3 + ZALMAN VHF1000 (Min Non gaming,MAX Speed while gamin)
-2 HDD SATA
-1 DVD DL Writer
-4GB DDR2 667Mhz Kingston
-Windows XP SP3 UE2008.1
-NEW PSU Thermaltake Toughpower 700W MODULAR

The EVEREST Temps:

-Voltage Core CPU 1.1
-Cooling Fan Chassis #1 1.5-1.6
-Cooling Fan procesador 1.3
-HDD 26
-Memory/Environment GPU 33
-Temperatura GPU 41
-Temperaturas CPU N1 Core 2 20 .Core 1 24. CPU 30-32.
-MoBo 30

They say 3Ghz is the basic/easiest way to OC without tunin' up the Voltage of the CPU...will i notice a great difference in games or programs?..remember,NO CPU FRYING

btw, people says that just OC'in the CPU you'll gain a few FPS..while a better GPU means LOTS MORE of FPS...wont OC if my E6600 while is at 2,4 is enough

emmmm..i'm talking about overclocking a CPU,not a GPU..

I'll say again...i wanted to OC my E6600,but seeing that even without OC'in it will work for an 260GTX,there's no need to do so nor change my CPU to a E8400..people says that havin' an E6600 is enough,no need for Quads nor nothing else

Correct me if i'm wrong, coz i dun wanna pay for another CPU havin' this one

You will not gain an advantage with a new GFX with your CPU bottlenecking the system.

Follow this http://forums.hexus.net/hexus-hardware/110267-c2d-overclocking-guide-beginners-p5k-add.html and try it, as long as you are not changing your voltage the CPU wont be fried (as I previously said)

Nonsense... Before my C2D CPU I had never overclocked my CPU, just read the guides and try.

no i wont overclock,definitely..

Question: i've got (in my sig) an ASUS P5K Deluxe,i have the BIOS updated to the latest version (902) ..on the box it says it supports Core2Duo,like mine..will it support the new E8400 without OC?..Do i have to change my RAM? (i hope not)

EDIT: Heard rumours that the temps on the 8400 are extreme..I've got a Thermaltake BigTypVX12 at minimum speed (1300RPM as always)...Will it work?,check my E6600 temps up for reference..but i dun think it's going to be a prob if i dun OC

Well, my 8500(stock speed) with a Zalman 9700 on minimum RPM(1200) doesn't pass 28 Celsius on idle, make of it what you will.
