Just buy some raw fish and munch down. You'll most likely retch. The difference is that sushi is presented in a nice package with sauces/spices, but it's still raw fish.

Since it's not cooked the nutrients aren't fully absorbed by the body (the body have trouble processing raw food, esp. meat).

dingo_d, maybe you can find sushi kits(around 10$ here). they have everything you need in there(algae, sauce, sticks and even a nice traditional mat on which to set the plates), except for the salmon and rice.

if you're not afraid of doing some actual cooking yourself, you could try getting the fish and some sauces and spices and preparing everything yourself.

not all sushi recipes contain fish, btw.

I think we have something like that (those kits) but I have never tried sth like that before. I would like to try them first by someone who knows what he's doing Smile

Sushi is yuck. Once I was going to show this one girl in Estonia a good time, and she is this sushi maniac; anyway - long story short 100EUR it cost me. For one serving.

Very much open shops, so its pretty easy to find one. The one behind the baker is the best Smile
