Still needed a valid serial or various ingame checks (Referred to as FADE protection.) did things while you were playing.

Oh dear, what to say.... I have Armed Assault, I knew cd check was removed in 1.14 patch, I didnt care enough about the release to look at the NFO to be honest, since I dont need it. I was just curious what the crack was about, and now i see its about the triggers for the serial protection. You would think that if they removed the triggers then it should work multiplayer coop as well as single player.
And I do know what this place is , been here many years, post count means nothing.

Bogo, ACE looks kickass - I will have to check it out. ArmaVidz is getting really good at putting these promo vids together. I like his handheld camera shots, they have a visceral, immersive feeling to them.
Did you see the trailer for Arma2 when the player is hiding behind a house and then rolls out into cover? The camera motion-blurred and moved like a real head. I hope that is part of the game. The camera on tripod of most FPS games is so fake in comparison.
I can't get enough of Warfare mode, and single-player Warfare ICED is my favorite! Multiplayer is amazing with co-op - this ACE mod should be really fun - and with 116 other people!

Been playing Armed Assault again and after I finished all the missions I installed my Operation Flashpoint GOLD. Well OPFP kicks ARMAS ass anytime anywhere.

Using ace pack etc ... just waiting for someone to get a battle clinic map up for testing.. Looks good so far in general ace mod usage, but specific maps made for it should be great..

Nice to see you back SJ. The arma 2 video looks improved like a graphical improved version of arma 1 . I am somewhat little sceptic about it. Because i believe that we still have to wait half year after it's released to be patched up and have it to run like the current arma. Just bought a ati 4870 to be one the safe side with arma 2. I hope my worries are false and it will prove me either wise.
But any way I am looking forward to playing Arma 2. |
