its sunny.. not a cloud in the sky... not a whisper of wind and bout 22 degrees c

In a Swedish town called Gävle they have a tradition of building a huge goat in wood and straw. Another tradition started a few years after the first goat was built, namely to burn the goat. So far it's been burnt down almost every year afaik despite cameras, patrols, flame-retardants sprayed on etc...

Here's a couple of pictures. Wink

Before being burned down (huge mofo thing, could probably stack 4-5 cars on top of eachother to reach the head of that thing):


And here are results from this second tradition (taken from different years, design may vary):





Here's a nice pic where they brag about how fireproof it is, how not even napalm could set the thing on fire (lol, yet it burned now that year as well):

it is infront the syntagma square in front of greek parliament, we had some riots recently
