S'gonna be a GREAT year for gaming methinks! ^_^ (granted, a number of those are coming for the PC too .. but hey! If ya got both platforms, you simply can't lose! Unfortunately, there's nothing coming for the PS3. Sony have decided to drop videogames and just concentrate on their social cyber-chatroom "Home" -- )
Ooooh... there's also "Black: The Second Mission" coming out!! Fuck me, the original "Black" was one of the most amazing FPSes I've ever played. Gonna keep an eye on the sequel, that's for sure

Huxley is only PS3 now tho..
Where did you hear that? I'm 100% positive it's on PC, not sure about 360. It's probably gonna suck anyways.
The Lord of the Rings game comes out the 15th or so next month, I loved Star Wars Battlefront II, and enjoy all games of that genre, so I'm really excited for that.
Hell no, bud! It's PC and 360. The PC version is already out in Korea, has been for months. No PS3 release is coming .. and the 360 has an SP campaign mode, while the PC version is online-only.
Can't wait to play it! My old flatmate was playing the Korean beta (there's guides on the net on how to join) and he loved it - and the game looked awesome. Just think of UT3 as an MMO, hehe.

Prototype.. the "Duke Nukem Forever" of the sandbox world. Announced in 2006, supposedly for release in Q1-2007, postponed to Q2-2007, postponed again until Q3-2007, further postponed until Q4-2007 ... vanished off the radar until mid 2008 where it was scheduled for release in Q3-Q4 2008 --- and then vanished again, only to resurface a few days ago with the announcement "February 2009"
.... Seriously, I want this game so damned bad, but I honestly don't expect it to ever arrive.
Champions Online is supposedly a "true" mmo for consoles, so I'm looking forward to that. I mean, I could get it for pc, but my pc is about 10 years past it's expirey
I'm anxiously waiting for ME2 .. but I'm trying not to get too hyped up as we all know sequels have an uncomfortable tn tendency to be crap.
I know what you mean. But i hope with the Bioware reputation this wouldn't be the same case. But i have a feeling that it's not coming in 09 but in early 10 since we haven't seen any screens from the game.
