How do u unlock the third elika skin?

Does this regedit change your lightseed count or just unlock the skins? If just unlocks I will use it, but I want to get the seeds myself. Wink

No DRM is great.

BUT AT LEAST PUT IN A CD CHECK OR A SERIAL NUMBER SYSTEM TO DISSUADE THE CASUALS FROM PIRATING THIS.

Glottis said the same thing earlier in this topic. No protection at all does mean that now anyone can copy this.. in fact this is a perfect game to be sold by pirates trying to make money by selling it at markets. install and play..

I'd assume it only changes the unlocked characters, because there are also save game files... But only an assumption.

It doesn't. I went ahead and did it after backing up the registry. I figured it wouldn't make sense to store saved game data like that in the registry.. and it doesn't.

Been playing with those unlocked prototypes since and I like them the best of all. Altair is pretty damn awesome though.

Of course lightseed count doesn't matter much anyway since you get plenty. Finished like 12 levels and 2 bosses and already have near 600 of them and all powers unlocked.

Damn, the game looks sweet.

Must admit, I was pretty pessimistic about the new art style which I presumed would look cartoonish.

And no, I still believe RA3 looks cartoonish and crap.

The game is sooo awesome, can't understand why some people don't like it. Sure the beginning is pretty easy, but I actually really like the revive system. Later on it does get just as annoying when you have to retry and retry some harder passages, it's just like dying in Tomb Raider without the hassle of menu navigation and a short loading time.

Also when you "die" in a boss fight they gain back about half of their health bar, so it does have some impact and you just cant try over and over again (this is on medium difficulty, dont know about others).

And boss fights get quite stressing towards the end, I killed/freed two bosses now, and the others get a lot stronger and use quick-time events alot more often, fights are alot more fun now.

I read in another thread here that the skid row release has a font deleting virus in it.. true or not? I see no mention of that here at all.

The PoP release should be a clone from what I know but I heard the L4D release had problems, will give it a try after backing up the "Fonts" folder, probably need to scan some of the files as well.

EDIT: Unpacking the ISO and scanning the EXE files found nothing.
(Will have to try that VirusTotal site as well, probably a few false positives will appear but nothing else.)

If you haven't seen it in action then just don't comment.

The art style, animation and overall graphics presentation is A+++.

Ah fuck it, just go back to your brown and gray 'realistic' games. I'll take my fantasy in color, thanks.

A girl that cums whenever she's reviving a field... yeah, I'm all for games like that Very Happy but you bet that if I was the Prince, I would be handling a different sword during those times Wink

Now more seriously: the game does feel a little less 'realistic' than the previous PoPs, but hey, it uses cel-shading so that's actually on purpose. You can't have cel-shading and realism in the same take...

I personally like the game, I think it's quite well engineered and the 'free-roam' sort of environment is also pretty good. It's not easy to make all areas pretty much accessible from anywhere, when you access them through cracks on walls, gaps, vines, etc...

Anyway, kudos for not having a DRM system. I'm definitely buying this game Smile

Auto updater?

Though that's what happens when you start the "PrinceOfPersia_Launcher.exe" so I'm not fully certain what the game exe tries to do.
(Co-op would be a interesting MP mode though but I don't think there's any netcode and it's built on the "Anvil" engine used in AC so there shouldn't be any as that was also a SP only game - doubt it's advertisement either even though Ubisoft supports it or rather uses it in certain titles such as Far Cry 2 or Splinter Cell or Rainbow Six Vegas)

Ok, sounds like if you DO uninstall the game, it eats all your fonts as well.

Recommended workaround is to make a backup of your fonts folder, and copy it back after uninstalling this.

I dont know what is this all about fonts being removed after uninstalling POP and L4D i installed both and uninstalled both without any issues or any fonts removed.

I might actually buy this on Steam, gonna finish this now in the next 1 or 2 hours, I laughed out loud because of the greate cinematic feel some of the levels have, I was absolutely amazed by this game... Thought it would be mediocre and kind of -meh-, but it really shines. You might lose some of its greatness by using keyboard/mouse, but with a 360 controller... awesome!

Check the thread here about space rangers2 rebooted the last page.. mention was made there about it, as well as the thread about the other POP game release as well.
