Got that as well plus some black streaks on the tree-temple thing, disappeared once I activated the temple and I haven't seen any visual glitches since then, probably a minor ATI driver problem but performance is top-notch with everything enabled (Aside from Vsync and windowed mode, using 1680x1050 with 4xAA) so it doesn't really matter and it's very minor.

Dito but I'm on nvidia. Elikas father is all black and there are some black stains on the tree at the Temple. I thought its the beta drivers I'm using but since these are the only glitches I've seen so far in 5hrs of playing I didn't care about downgrading them again.

What a boring game. It's basically just running around pressing space with little thought. Geh.
Also even though it's a different character, should have just had the voice actor for SoT Prince.

Glad to hear this isn't an AMD thing. I also found these were the only bugs, so I guess it's a game issue.

Does anyone know how to deal with that black stance that you can end only using your glove? It's quite hard to get to him and by the time I get back to him after I end his stance he use his stance again. Boss fights takes like 20minutes with this with plenty of deaths...

The more I play this game, the bigger the disappointment it is for me. Shouldn't have so high expectations. Light Seed = biggest annoyance ingame this year.
So far the fights are boring, combos are almost not usable, because by the time you end enemy one stance he steps into another. So if player is fast he can be rewarded by swing or two between stance dance. And if these bosses only can do silly stances (which are shared among (only 4) bosses) it's another huge diappointment.
Only thing that I really like so far are the smooth acrobatics animations and good graphics. Story is OK too, except that it doesn't develop at al: Heal area 1 - CHECK; Heal area 2 - Check!; Heal area 3 - check; and so on...

this is one very good game, no matter what all the spoilt kids here say...
just bitchin' bout every small bug and stuff that doesn't fit your expectations makes you NOT realize that this IS a good game (especially compared to the LOT of other bullshit-not-worth-the-money-but-overhyped-games released this year).
i really like it.

If this is the biggest annoyance ingame for you then what is far cry 2 + enemy respawn time at checkpoints??
i see the lightseed thing as a challenge to replay the maps. and for me it works out good.

I loved assassin´s creed, i don´t know why ppl hate it so much... i take it as an amazing medieval recreation, apart from being a game.

Maybe because it was repetitive as shit kinda like this game and FC2, 'Repetition software' is ubi's name and game.

Well GTA IV can also be seen as repetitive, who cares as long as its fun to play.

No it has different missions, AC has missions that repeat over and over. Although I did find it repetitive compared to GTA: SA which did have more variety than GTA 4 and a better map that combined nature, city, desert or simply had more variety.

I hated AC, but I find this one quite fun, not the best Prince but better than the last one.

I enjoyed AC, I admit it had repetitive missions, but it wasn't annoying for me. I didn't have to hunt for flags in order to continue with the story, medieval graphics looked great and combat was fun too. Because of AC I thought I will like PoP too. Even if FarCry2 had respawn timers set on 20seconds it would be more enjoyable than being forced to explore every corner of the game for light seed in order to progress in the campaign.

I can't freakin redefine my controls.
Whenever I click on an action to redefine, it asks me to press a button.
But it just hangs there, doesn't register any button press (keyboard, mouse or gamepad), cant exit out of the screen or anything.
Have to Alt-F4. Tried many times.
Any ideas?
