Heads up. Ign has RE5 coverage (live stream) at 2 p.m. (about an hour from now). Not sure what they gonna do, but i hope its 30 minutes of pure gameplay.
Edit: Looked great. I see that the aiming system is the same as it was on ps2 and pc if you used a joystick. Its not LT to aim and RT to shoot, its RT to aim and X to shoot. The AI looked decent enough on your partner, she heals you if you get close and also helps you if you are in trouble. Only im worried its going to take away from the feeling of being all alone like in previous REs. Now you have a partner and its not that panicy anymore.
Lots of destructible environment, dont know if you can destroy it, but there was an enemy with a huge hammer and he demolished one wall in a house.
Sig too big. -Nothing is too big for Fedor. Expect a nasty armbar.

Same here. This game game looks like its gonna be a great ride. Especially playing at night.

One thing I really disliked in RE4 was the fact that you couldn't strafe, at least not in a way that I know of. Hopefully they'll add it in RE5 but it looks like they didn't change the animations; like standing still to use your knife , which makes it harder than it should be to open a box.

ok so the fact that Re 1 2 and 3 has a dark green theme , re4 has yellow brown theme ,this one has Bloom crap my eyes hurt i need sun glasses theme
But i still don't get it why!!?? your puppet is a invalid that can't shoot while walking , when even in Re 1 , 2 AND 3 you could run and gun .

What RE games did you play? There is no RE game were you can shoot while walking (dunno about Oubreak though).

Teamxbox: The latest issue of Japanese video game magazine Famitsu has revealed that Capcom plans to release a demo of Resident Evil 5 on December 5, 2008--at least in Japan. The demo, which the magazine claims will only be available to Xbox Live Gold subscribers, will offer online two-player co-op gameplay and feature two stages.

Demo is out on JP marketplace(go to all games and search for nr.270),languages: English,german,french,spanish,italian
online coop & offline splitscreen coop
(you need a jp gold acount to be able to download the demo)

Demo is out on the JP Marketplace.
It´s in Spanish,French,English,Japanese,German and Italian.
2 levels with single player,online co-op and split-screen co-op.
Size - 472.6 mb
There´s no voice chat on online co-op!!!

downloaded the demo from a site but i dom't know how to burn it's release for 1 hour
there are rumors thats it nuked but we will see tried to burn it on a cd rw don't wanted to lose a dvd for a demo
so when it's not nuked it's gonna work on your console cause its RF

Yes, if you have an adapter to connect your X360 HDD to your PC.
I play it from a DVD-RW and it runs fine (except for the tearing, but it's not caused by the medium).
