how do i fix the RGSC.exe error?
i made acount in the site, but i guess it is not the thing?

I dont even have the iso mounted. Its not enough to uncheck Social Club in the firewall, u have to be offline from internet. Atleast this goes for the firewall in Vista x64 SP1.
Ive played for several hours and only experienced the "shakycam" twice.
First time i tried it, with no crack just the Paul.dll.
Second time after i changed the resolution after applying the cracks.
Last time i restarted the game and havent yet experienced any exploding vehicles or wobbly cams.
Maybe im just lucky.. dunno... Its working for me and i dont care if i have to temporarly disable my internet connection in networks settings. Its not like im surfing the net while i play anyways...
Oh yea dont forget to make that offline account for saves. Not for the R* Social Club but for Live.

Those lines are not in those dll's.

Has anybody succeeded to override the graphic restrictions ?
I've tried with - norestrictions but it's not working, clicking the shortcut with the -norestrictions parameter is just refreshing rockstar social club, and if i click play in RSC it launches with no param.

Шаги по настройке "Grand Theft Auto IV" против тригеров игры...
Описание: Все кряки одни и те же. Креки, которые содержат два EXE'шника для обхода проверки диска и ломанный PAUL.DLL - одинаковые. Расскажу пару шагов для остальных пользователей, что бы умять проблему тригеров R* и спокойно играться с сейвами.
Пойдём осторожно по шагам:
1) Удалите игру и все программы, которые вы устанавливали, когда рвались поиграться, Windows Live и RSGC.
2) Вставьте образ с игрой через DaemonTools, в директории образа, зайдите в папку GTAIV, установите все программы из папки Redistributable.
3) Установите игру, устанавливая программы по ходу инсталяции (Windows Live и RGSC).
4) Когда установка завершится, откройте RGSC, зарегистрируйтесь, создайте аккаунт, в интернете вы или нет, от этого ничего не изменится, поверьте мне, я играю с нормальной камерой, в общем без уловок R*.
5) После того, как пройдёте регистрацию RGSC, запустите её, войдите в свой созданный аккаунт, программа предложит вам скачать Windows Live обновление, сделайте это.
6) После завершения всех установок, возьмите PAUL.DLL, закиньте его в Offline Activation папку, выключите интернет (а лучше всю свою сеть), поставьте RGSC и GTA IV в файрвол, сделайте "активацию" с ломанной библиотекой.
7) После того, как окно закрылось, закиньте EXE'шники в директорию с игрой, замените.
 Восстановите подключение к интернету, убедитесь, что Ваш файрвол не пропускает RGSC и GTA IV.
9) Далее, создайте ярлык от EXE'шника LaunchGTAIV, добавьте к ярлыку параметры:
-norestrictions -nomemrestrict
10) Запустите RGSC, войдите в свой аккаунт.
11) Запустите игру.
12) Нажмите кнопку HOME на клавиатуре, появиться меню Windows Live, выберите функцию "Создать автономный аккаунт" (т.е. оффлайн), просто впишите свой ник. Аккаунт создан, сейвы теперь активны.
13) Настройте параметры графики, единожды.
14) Сохраните настройки игры и сделайте нормальный выход из игры через игровое меню, перезагрузите компьютер.
15) Теперь запускайте игру через созданный ярлык.
16) Наслаждайтесь GTA IV.

Steps for setting up "Grand Theft Auto IV" against Triger game ...
Description: All kryaki the same. Crequie, which contain two EXE'shnika to bypass ScanDisk and scrap PAUL.DLL - the same. Tell a couple of steps for other users that would umyat problem Triger R * and calmly played with Saves.
Let us go gently on the steps:
1) Remove the game and all the programs that you installed when rvalis poigratsya, Windows Live and RSGC.
2) Insert the image of the game through DaemonTools, in the image directory, go to the folder GTAIV, install the program from the folder Redistributable.
3) Set the game, setting the program during installation (Windows Live and RGSC).
4) When the installation is complete, open RGSC, register, create an account on the Internet you or not, this does not change, believe me, I play with a normal camera, in general, without gimmicks R *.
5) Once the check in RGSC, start it, log into your account is established, the program prompts you to download the Windows Live Update do it.
6) Upon completion of all facilities, take PAUL.DLL, Cast it in the Offline Activation folder, turn off the Internet (and preferably all of their network), put RGSC and GTA IV in firewall, make "activation" of lomannoy library.
7) After the window closed, Cast EXE'shniki directory with a game to change.
Cool restore your connection to the Internet, make sure your firewall does not transmit RGSC and GTA IV.
9) Next, create a shortcut from EXE'shnika LaunchGTAIV, add the shortcut options:
-norestrictions-nomemrestrict
10) Start RGSC, log into your account.
11) Start the game.
12) Press HOME on the keyboard, menus Windows Live, select the "Create a standalone account" (ie offline), simply enter your nickname. The account was created, Saves is now active.
13) Configure the graphics once.
14) Save the game and make a normal exit from the game after playing the menu, restart your computer.
15) now run the game through the established label.
16) Enjoy GTA IV.

It still doesn't let me change the settings,I stiill have to click Play in RSC and it's launching the game in normal mode i think.
What rls are you using ?

You need to login to R* Social Club otherwise commandline parameters won't work. Also just -norestrictions is enough.
