Most of the time the game refuses to load when starting game,
It will just stay on the loading screen forever, anyone else got this?
(Music & those pictures keep playing)
I have to restart the game like 10 times before it goes INGAME

GTA 4 (PC): Best graphics in town
Author: Raffael Vötter (Dec 04, 2008) -
Enough of the problems: If GTA 4 is finally running on your system, you can expect some permanent impressions. Right from the start the game has the unmistakable humor the GTA series is known for. There are freaky people, lovingly detailed places and funny dialogues everywhere. We made a sightseeing tour and blew up some cars. The pictures in the gallery were taken with maximal details at 1,680 x 1,050 with 16:1 AF. Regardless of extensive tuning of the FSAA bits we weren't able convince out GTX 280 to run any AA mode - future drivers will probably fix the problem.
