I´m experiencing some freezes after I installed the NXE. And it seems is a common problem.
Anyone having freezes?

It froze for me when i went to the Friends-section, selected a Party, then tried to go back. Tried it three times, froze every time.

got some freezes in game in Tomb raider underworld once and lots of freezes in CoD5.

Not had any issues myself with freezing of any kind, Finished COD5 twice on hardened and veteran since the update, Played Tomb raider underworld and COD4 multiplayer also regular.

The freeze you're talking about is temporary. Try it: wait thirty seconds.

Well you can't expect M$ to soft-mod your console for you. It would be the most stupid update in history, of course you have to have the disc in.

Ok I updated, changed my old Live login for the log in I usually use, and got another free month Gold membership.
Played Winning 2009 online and it was great, no lag at all ...
Anyway 1 question, how do I get my gamer card as my sig on here ???

I now experience lots of freezes. Even on the startup screen. Can't boot my XBOX normally anymore. Does this mean I'm about to get red ringed for the second time?

Theres some new clothes and gloves available for your avatar now! Don't worry you dont have to buy them, they're just there when you go to edit your avatar

I'm enjoying NXE but I do get some freezes when trying to send messages during a game. Probably due to the networking.

filename: "NXE Full Dashboard + Avatars [Offline Install]-Discovered"
EDIT: Nvm its the same file as the one found on www.xbox.com/en-US/support/systemuse/xbox360/console/ as mentioned above

I actually am beginning to like this new dashboard...it adds zing to the 360's UI

The only useful thing they added in this are the parties, imo. Although they're very, very buggy. All the time whenever I'm in a party with 2+ americans, someone gets disconnected from the party ever 2 minutes.

There is a free winter holiday premium theme. Its actually really nice. Goto "Spotlight" and then select "Let It Snow"

Does the dash download on xbox.com include the divx update? my console is banned, I dont want to update if I hvae to loose DivX

Not only that but you need to be connected to LIVE every time you want to play a movie. Thats the case with my console.

What are you talking about my 360 is banned and I watch movies all the time, I stream them from my PC with Tversity.
