Disc check isn't a problem, made a image myself with latest DT Pro and Yasu (Now also on GCW) to avoid using the retail disc and it's worked perfectly so far.
(Can't distribute it by the way, bit too big for that @ 7GB for each disc.)

No you cant , u can only revok activation when you'll uninstall game on your fisrt pc ..to install on the other .
