Fixed it for you.
None of the people I know who do not drink alcohol think they are better than those who drink, it's all in the heads of a person who drink and feels that. Because they cannot rationalize their drinking as easily with a non-drinker.
It's the same inherent issue with anything that is socially constructed/has social support in a specific context. If you are in a situation where a behavior you see as normal in one context, is not in another - you get confused. And you need to reflect over why you do it, some people who end up in this type of situation become insecure, because they can no longer rationalize it as easily.
I've seen the same thing happen between a meat-eater and vegetarians. The norm in society is to eat meat, but one-on-one some of the meat-eaters can't rationalize their meat eating as easily, they have to think about their behavior - not just lean back on the comfort that is the social support of acting according to norms.
This type of thing is very human, and isn't some sort of anomaly, or pathology-indicator. It's just how many of us react to new situations, and behavior we aren't used to. Everything we do not understand is a perceived threat. Therefore when you think that non-drinkers think that you are inferior to them it isn't actually real, it is - as you put it: "all in your head".
Then of course there are the exceptional assholes who actually say that they are better because they do not drink, or because they do drink. And those should be shot on sight.

If i'm not at work I've typically had 3 beers and am working on having a few more. THE SAD TRUTH. I don't mind it though.

I keep getting them stomach pains that make me pass out. On saturday i passed out at 7pm cause i had a shot of scotch, and i couldn't handle it. Woke up at 8 from a phone call and went drinking. It's like a weekly thing now. I'm scared of seeing a doctor. I know i should cause of all the other things wrong with me. but if it's cause of the drinking
And yeah i eat like shit. One meal a day if i'm lucky. l4d is addictive, and on top of that non-stop school work.

by chronic i mean when they do occur they come in waves. i can be all yay for a while and then i get this spike in my head and the world goes into over drive and i'm trying to catch up. And it continues, going faster and faster and every spikes harder and harder. So like, 5 headaches in a wave. Like once/twice a month. Before it wouldn't stop for a week.
It's almost like panic attacks but i get those weekly Can't breathe. Can't think. Can't even take a second to realize it's your just body going crazy. But I can deal with it.
I remember last year i had a redbull a day and bowl of Chinese noodle soups those unhealthy ones. And that was my entire meal for the day. Went on for couple weeks and then I started blanking out. Hahahahahahahah.
