Lost Planet has huge bosses, but the fights aren't that long
EDIT: other examples are Tomb Raider Anniversary, Quake 4, Gears of War ...

"i want to be the guy" has more boss-fights than you can shake a stick at  But it s an oldschool plattformer, so not what you re looking for...

All of Serious Sam games. Just incredibly fun, ridiculous and unbelievable boss fights.

SS2 was incredible fun, but I am somehow forgetting it had such bosses I am talking about . Nevertheless it is indeed an awesome game.

and more ontopic: serious sam were awesome!
also, the prince of persia games had boss-fights inbetween too but i wasnt really a fan of those particularly and is also most likely not what you re looking for

Like fawe4 sad , get the AMIGA/ SEGA/SNES/GBA emulator , grab the gamepad and tried beat the shit out bosses from DOUBLE DRAGON series:)

Pretty much any console oldy has boss fights, you can try Super Metroid on the snes emulator, probably the best game for that particular console.
