Sutura also isn't banned I saw him on Live a few minutes ago. I think the banning has ended. Nobody new seems to be getting banned.

Got a new 360 yesterday. Played Left 4 Dead, Red Alert 3 and the first release of Gears of War 2. I'm not banned, so the wave is probably over now.

who knows MS could be collecting data for the next ban. im banned though i dont give a fuck a long as my 360 does not develop 3 rings

primarily RROD ebay specials that I have sense repaired for DIRT CHEAP. Also a couple of friends had systems get banned that just let me have their old ones since they actually care about live (as do I).

If I buy a new 360 and don't mod it and use the HDD and gamertag from the console that got banned, can they ban the new console too? I mean, can they see that most of the games played on that GT were pirated, or that there's some odd data on the HDD which could cause them to ban my new console that I use to play legit games?

The console is banned, not the gamertag. And from what I've read on the forum, using your HDD on a non-banned console works harmlessly. |
