So can anyone confirm that this is the UNCUT version?

Its not uncut... Just wait a few more days when the Pal versions hits.
uncut or cut isn't determined by the dvd, but by the console (like some games on ps3)

I'm pretty sure the PAL rlz will be censored on a NTSC machine. As i said earlier, the PAL version isn't really a PAL Version but the same as the USA/NTSC version IMO. Pretty much all region free games are in fact region free because publishers are too lazy to make different version for each region, that's all.
Plus the fact that the NTSC version seems to be uncut on a PAL console pretty much says everything.
Well then I guess its good that I just went ahead and got the NTSC version since PAL wouldve been censored anyways. Is it just me or this game wayy too overrated? I tried to get into it but its just not appealing. Maybe it will be fun if I have guests come over. I used to be a huge fan of MK until MK4.
And compared to Soul Calibur 4, in this game theres barely any characters or modes to choose from. And what is up with the loading bars??? It has to load the character menu
I don't think this is going back into my xbox anytime soon.

This game officially sucks. Crappy level design, crappy graphics, pretty crappy character models, lack of characters to choose from, lack of game types, constant loading bars with horribly ugly backgrounds. Why does it have a loading bar for the character selection menu? The game barely has any characters! Controls are also crap which is why they made most of the moves and fatalities incredibly simple to perform.

haha, dont listen to Timechange, its a decent Mortal Kombat game with the good old simplistic combos and moves combined with cool new characters to play around with. Also let a friend join and it gets better.

PS. these are probably some of the worst fatalities ever.
Some of them arent too bad but compared to previous MK games I would hardly class these as fatalities. Where the hell is the gore?! They even changed the rating (in the UK at least) to BBFC 15, whereas as all other MK games previously have always been BBFC 18 rated.
