i installed the link i posted to my brothers machine and it downloaded the avatars, though you need to be connected to live for the avatar items to download to the hard drive.

Ok, should i install the update or stay offline for a while till everything has been thoroughly tested?
I dont wanna run into any new checks and get banned, i am mighty glad already i survived this long.

wtf, i did it too,could not wait like a kid in the candyshop.
downloading stuff after restart it downloads the avatars.
customizing it now

I installed the newest one, but cant connect to live... i havent gotten any msg about being banned...

i plugged in my hd to my brothers 360 to grab the avatars, then i plugged back into the banned console, but i have not got the message saying im banned.
though when i had my hd in the brothers 360 i got a message asking me to accept the new terms of condition.

I think it was the Y button to check the error codes. Not sure though. If you see "Z: 8015 - 190D", you're banned.

im banned to.. last pirated game i played on live was............ hmmmmm thats a toughy cos its been so damn long... most likely UT3 :s
my 360 hasnt even been connected to live for months either.. no network cable plugged in.
i did install the new dash early when it was leaked though.

I know people who installed it early and are not banned. Just connect to Live and it'll perform the update (i think) and you're done.

I installed it. So far i haven't been banned. C4eva already said we will probably be fine. As long as you know all your games are correctly stealth patched and you have the latest firmware, we should be ok.
