Could just use Danbooru or similar, with the correct "tag" there's plenty of weird stuff to see. http://danbooru.donmai.us/post/index?tags=what (Guro could work as a tag as well as it covers violence and such but "what" covers some pretty weird stuff and "parody" sometimes contains odd things, plenty of semi-normal images on that site too by the way and it's possible to filter content.)

Anime and similar can still be pretty hardcore even if they aren't based on real pictures or similar (cartoons), some of those images are from actual movies as well and not just weird stuff some people drew together at random. (Not that bothered by it by now, possibly because I've already seen some of the weirdest things available thanks to other weird sites such as - http://opium.se/viewforum.php?id=49 to name one example - Of those this one shouldn't be too disturbing to use as a example - http://opium.se/viewtopic.php?id=88740 .)
