spidey is marvel, not dc comics. I have finished the story mode with both sides and the game doesn't have any fatalities. FINISH HIM! is still there, but no fatalities at all
Only blood remains when you hit your opponent.. That's all... But the story is very good and it's a good game... But you can tell it s missing something, the fatalities Definitly worth burning though, I had great fun.
yes, real cut scenes, and a plot explaining why the DC Comics are fighting the mortal kombat character... It's a silly story of course but it's till VERY good for a fighteR... Better than Soul Calibur story or anything from Namco if you ask me....
BTW someone there posted he was affraid they removed the famous "Get over here !" but Scorpion still says it, although sometimes he says "come here" instead...
Anyway, here is a short review :
Graphics 6.5/10 nothing incredible, nothing horrible... between xbox1 and 360 i should say. The characters are nice but the levels are poor...
Gameplay 9/10 lots of moves (you can expect to do your favorite DC characters special move), lots of events (levels have litteraly more than 1 level when you fall from the "ring")
Sound 8/10... it's a fight game, so dont expect anything incredible although the voices were really good, but i miss the announcers talking in game like "OUTSTANDING !" etc in earlier mortal kombat.
Story : 8/10 it'll get you busy
And i think that's about it

Sooo I button mashed at the "finish him" with deathstroke and got one, he stabbed batman with a sword and then it went offscreen to me only and I shot him.
is it 100% sure the pAL version is uncut and have the fatalities ?
EDIT : Dunno where all this "cut version" came from. From what I read all over the web, I actually think ALL the versions ARE indeed CUT. And I actually think this one has indeed fatalities but lame one with NO blood (as you can see on some trailers). What is weird though is they dont tell you how to do them in the controls list while they did before.
So yeah i think they are there. But they arent fatalities even if they say so... I've lost all my hopess about real fatalities with blood, even for the PAL version.

The joker fatility is indeed cut from what I read, although i saw a video of it, the uncut one is lame. You just see some blood, like when punching an opponent... Dunno why it was even cut. Not worthing reburning it if it's the only difference. I was expecting to see old mortal kombat fatalities, not some lame punches.
the cut version is even more lame, although there isnt really much difference. And I still havent found any link anywhere telling that the PAL version will be uncut. While the joker fatality was indeed cut, I think it's for all the versions...
i still get to do the fatality on my PAL console, maybe it just checks for the system language / origin / whatever Considering this game is Region Free and multilanguage, I really doubt they made a special version for Europe. If Europe does indeed have an uncut version, my guess is this release will be uncut too on a PAL system.
dunno who actually told it was bad, it's rather GOOD. Although wtf with them NOT telling you how to do facilities ? You need to guess these ???? In recent MK games, there was an in game list !!!
I guess they are so ridicilous they let you guess these like early SNES MK games...
A lot of people are saying the CCCLX version is cut. During Joker's fatality, it goes off-screen. Now does this only happen on NTSC consoles or all consoles?

dunno if it's me but i tried some fatalities and couldnt do any of the joker's one.. maybe i'm too fast i dunno but i did jax's one and it wasn't cut, although not violent at all.... where did that site got the fatatities ? from the game itself ? some file ? are all of them 100% accurate ?
