been playing about 3 hours, seems good so far. just got to silent hill Smile its a hell of a lot better than The Room

In my opinion the "Penumbra" games, are scarier and better than this game posing as a scary one.

Silent Hill 3 was still an awesome game, tho I agree that SH4 with no flashlight and radio was nothing but a step back in evolution. Sad

SH2 and SH3 are my favorite ones. SH2 scared me shitless.

is anyone having trouble with targeting enemies?
i got to the first sequence of the woman coming out of the bath room im holding the knife but cant hit her i tried targeting here but nothing happens and i press to attack nothing happens either anyone know why this happens?

target her(keep shift pressed) then alternate click and right click to attack.
check your button config, maybe you got targetting set to a different key.

save points are marked on the maps with the weird symbol. just keep playing till u can find one. there was one part where it took me a while to find a save point.

SH1 and SH2 are the pinnacle of horror games.

SH2 is one of my all time favorite games, with the best history ever (a bit depressing).
SH3 was good, but with nothing new to the series. SH4 had a few good elements to it, but as a whole it was a big step back in the series.

But it's still a pretty strong series to me.

Back to SH4. I have a problem. I think it is more due to controls than the puzzle solving. Mind that I'm playing with the keyboard and mouse:

Cant get it to tun past the intro movie , tried renaming another file and downloading the rad bink app but still didnt help , downloaded the TDM and another version both stall at the exact same point , any other options ?

Today it is my turn to be AN knobhead
