Still not banned...only played the seed4me in my offline profiles, and havent played any game before release date. I did play PAL releases when they were RF and released earlier than NTSC.

I've haven't been on line since the end of september. Since then i've played only the fracture.seed4me release for about 10 min.
I've played games before the release date, but my console date is set to 2005. Something it automatic does when the power is cut off.
Is there any way to delete my gaming history before i go online again the 20th november??
If not than will have to wait and see.

Is this right?,My console was banned maybe due to playing some of therecent pre releases before release date,I was logged in live while playing them but didnt play any online games,& I was gonna buy another console there pretty cheap just to use originals & use my banned console just for offline single player games but if I use my same hard drive with all its current content on & saves is it possible it'll ban a unmodded 360?,as I was gonna get a arcade & just use the same hard drive & xboxlive account

A few days before this recent wave they unbanned it, then they banned it again..

Raid or no raid, they can't touch you. You can do whatever you like to your xbox. However, if it doesn't conform to their rules, they don't have to let you use the service. IMO, thats fair enough.

So what your saying is, if I don't like the game I should eat the cost and like it? No return policy for a shitty game. That's the greatest thing about downloading them. It is a try before you buy system.

We have to buy food. That'll be the day when I can sit at my computer and download breakfast. I also don't know of any other way to get a TV. Problem is everything you guys sell is Digital and can be mass copied. You need to go back to the days of game cartridges.

Not sure if anybody knows this for sure, but does it only matter if you have connected to live with them, or does it matter if you ever played them then connected to live later.
Thinking i might start going on live one of these days again. Although, I am kinda skeptical because it seems people that have the most success never connected then flashed. I connected then flashed and haven't connected since. It's been a long time since i flashed.
