we'll see about the masterpiece missions (i've been only playing for like 30-40 minutes). meanwhile it's as good as COD4.

If it's 50/50 Russia/pacific cool...
Dunno how jungle war is going to be as fun tbh....
Let's face it Medal of Honour Pacific sucked fucking ass.....
But Russia deserves far more props in terms of the Wests perception of how this shit played out as well...

Just played it in Split Screen it rocks  It's a shame the screen is small though in split screen and some Quick time events were removed, otherwise it's the same game as the SOLO compain and it s as good as CoD 4 !

this game is possibly, better than COD4. Treyarch have taken everything good from COD4 polished the graphics added cool stuff like limbs and heads flying off and polished the lighting to make one hell of a game
No advertising.

yep, as I was posting on the pc thread, they really outdid themselves on this one. The gore option looks like SoF so it's good And the scripted events are damn nice, well everything is good.. Feels like an Infinity Ward game to me.

Wow, that was unexpected! Good to hear though. Giving this a spin tmrw. Well actually it already is tmrw, so yeah today then.
Still can´t believe treyarch pulled this off. Have to see it for myself.
Varied missions btw?

cod2 on a cod 4 engine they were both IW games and they both rocked so is that a bad thing, and have we seen 4 player coop campaign before on a cod game? i dont think so, if u mean weve seen this type of game before, 95% of games are remakes of games weve played before, GOW2 is what? i think give em a hand they did good this time and should be praised for it.
As for framerate, the 360 version runs smooth, while the PS3 is a jaggy mess that chugs along in slow motion.

8/10 so far.
Sure it's awesome, it is as many have said, COD2 with the COD4 engine, but as much as i love WW2 history-wise there is that nagging feeling that I just killed all these nazi's a few weeks ago in Brothers in Arms Hells Highway.
Part of what was great with COD4 was that it was a FPS in a slightly plausible modern war scenario WITHOUT fucking nano-suits, crazy mutation-experiments gone haywire and railguns. COD5 is "just another" WW2 shooter, doesn't matter how many things it does well, you can still get bored by the environment.

The gfx looks even better than in CoD4 imo, because everything was so gray and foggy. More bright colors in this one.

game is good so far. one minor nitpick .. the 'reload' icon in the middle of the screen is fucking annoying.

4 minutes left of burning and I get freakin RROD!!!! So I had to wait 2 more hours before I could play. Anyways this game is pretty awesome. I only completed the first mission so far. Treyarch definitely redeemed themselves with this one

ah so shit ... it freezes after I beat the plant the bomb mission right at the beginning.
curious ... the ONLY game that has ever done this is COD3 :/

+ as intense as the first one
+ the gore looks better, you can even shoot of enemies limbs
+ some of the levels in japan looks stunning, and the models looks even better than the ones in CoD4 (imo)
+ variable levels
- kaznov seems to have 2 different voices. Sounded really strange at that sniper level
- seems as short as COD4
9/10 - people would believe it if this was labeled "Infinity Ward"
