Only the 3rd one is Treyarch. I remember getting bored half-way through and didn't even cared about finishing it...
I don't have high hope on this one but it could be fun nonetheless.

cod2 was made by infinity ward...except you're referring to the console version which didn't deserve much praise imho. and cod3 was solid at best. but when looking at quantum of solace, it seems that treyarch is gradually getting better at making shooters, albeit at a damn slow pace. i don't have any expectations for cod5, just hope it'll be another stepping stone for them.

I don't think the 10/10 comes from MP only. That would be stupid especially because it's all the same as COD4 just a bit of new stuff. I guess 10/10 means a solid campaign.
Btw, someone said on othe forums that scans are coming up.
