Yes sorry but I was sarcastic, the gameplay is as good as graphics, I remember the old Banjo, so it's very good.

So is it a proper platformer after all? Like the old Banjo games? I thought building stupid vehicles and driving them is the main point of the game?

I didnt like it at all I don't have a PS3 but I played ratchet & clank demo on it and it was a lot better, not only graphically speaking but in terms of sound, voices, humor, and gameplay.

Just had a lecture with one of the dev team of this game about RARE... although it sounded good, they do really make some crappy games(this being one of them)

ehmm actually Rare created alot of A++ titles on N64.

RARE was the best developer in the industry 10-15 years ago. They made the best console shooters at that time (Goldeneye, Perfect Dark), some of the best Jump'n'Runs (old Banjo games, Donkey Kong 64), great comedy/satire (Conker's Bad Fur Day), a good arcade racer (Diddy Kong's racing) and Killer Instinct (didn't play it but heard a lot of good things about it).
I don't know what went wrong, most of their games since Xbox were mediocre (except for Kameo maybe). Still, you have to respect them for what they achieved in the past, like Peter Molineux.

why did they take a platform game and make it driving? why not make a new game all together if they wanted to make a driving game, instead of ruining existing franchise?
