It's russian clone, it has latest starforce (asf driver doesn't works for that yet) and the disk topology is not proper either. Better wait one more day for proper US release.

Someone mentioned that the text is in russian only and the sound/voices are in English and russian.

argh. about the supposed rus/eng clone:
"This is NOT in English. It's not hard to fix it however once an English versios is uploaded.
I've looked around, and the languages are just .esp plugins (the same system as Oblivion uses ). The ini file loads russian.esp default, after the main files ( Fallout3.esm ). There is no english.esp to be found. Once we get it we can just modify the .ini file to load english.esp instead."

Thats just the dialogue text, not the interface. The interface is in the menu folder or in the bsa file. |

I have installed it and it has a Protect.dll like Stalker Clear Sky so it will be easy to crack , it would have been more easy if it had a paul.dll

you should use proper mds
if you were in russia you would know how to handle starforce well.
there is antibsod tool f for lots of russian games.

Ok, it's now confirmed that russian release a) has full english text and voice options, apart from autorun menu, but anyone can figure out what LARGEST button on top says, b) the game runs just fine with latest antistarforce drivers 3.2 and daemon tools 4.30.1, provided you get proper .mds + .mdf

Well, I get the collectors edition tommarrow in the mail. Even if the game sucks - The bobblehead included with the CE is worth the $80.

Installation:
1. Unpack the archive "FS03.2.rar".
Install the driver:
--- Start> Control Panel ---> Add New Hardware ---> Next ---> Yes, the device is already connected ---> Next ---> Come on in the bottom of the list, and choose "Add new device" -- -> Next ---> Installation of equipment from the list manually ---> Next ---> See all ---> Next ---> Have Disk -> Next ---> Add file dev000.inf .
2. Mount image in the Daemon (Daemon 4.3.1 Light or later).
3. Install the game.
4. Play.
