the crack I grabbed from gamefix was virus'd to all hell.

As it stands though, fuck Spore. I love it, but 1.01 fucked my game up so bad it's unplayable. Maybe when they fix the bullshit creature/building/planet loading bs I'll come back to this.

think that was the first crack they put up, it was updated soon after.

Has there been a new easier way to add the creature pack Jbeckman supplied in this thread ? I mean adding 1000 png's seperately is a chore right? Ive noted a 2020 creature etc pack about but its prob a bogus file.

Have reloaded version but not really wanting to install it unless adding more content is viable..

hmm can u drop all the png's in at same time ? ive been readings some forums and seems thats how u do it.. if so all good...

Expansion is official.

By the way there's a 12000+ presets (That is, pre-created objects.) pack on the 'bay and it seems there's a easier way to install it than drag/drop objects one by one.

Hi beckman, I just ctrl A the lot and dragged them and they all loaded in for me. I would love to get that 12000+ pack lol but im not gonna ebay for it for sure.. where is good old usenet when one needs it.. think i got only about 3000 or so all together now creatures/buildings etc etc..

more would be great, its like a one stop shop digital baby sitter for my 4 year old when i play it.

Sorry I think you're misunderstanding a bit, perhaps I wasn't clear enough or something but I referred to a popular open torrent site here in Sweden, can't provide any links as per forum rules but everyone refers to it as the "Bay or similar from what I can see in other posts. Smile

EDIT: Installer noted that it would only update from the 1.01 patch so install that first if you haven't.
(Though I guess most people here have it downloaded and as far as I know there's no crack for either patch yet.)

mediocrity and rubbish for this game?
Will Right haved always good and great ideas for his games. this is a good game but you have to try it almost in online. in offline it sucks and is boring anyway. it's a single player mmo with share and upload of all word creations conteints. it's unusual and innovative

There is nothing to understand he's an idiot. Its dumbed down garbage. Putting it online changes nothing. It just gives you some extra creatures..wow... huge..

It's not a MMO in any sense at all, i'll give you that the game is innovative but the sharing of creatures etc means jack shit since you never actually look at other creatures (at least i didnt). The game is a dumbed down version of 5 different games no matter how you look at it and for me it ends once you've reach the center of the galaxy and with zero replayability.

wrong. like all sims games also this don't have an end. they are infinited in online then this where u share and upload everything. u can play it many time and u will see always different creatures and differents situations

But seeing different creatures doesnt do anything for me, a game is about gameplay not about looking at different retarded looking creatures.
The Sims i agree have no ending, but Spore does end imo when you reach the centre of the galaxy and have finished your mainquests.

It had potential but it basically went down the crapper.

the retarded creatures are in offline cause there isn't an IA in offline with Maxis's creatures. the IA for this game is only online where u see other's players creations
