Uh, no. There are acctually very few open ended FPS games, there's GTA and not much else worth mentioning (Boling Point was nice but a bit buggy), Stalker was/is good though.

Fact remains that good FPS's, free roam or not, comes along like five times a year while good RPG's come along like what, five good ones in five years? Might be a bit exaggerated but you get what i mean, FPS's are plentiful, RPG's aren't, therefor Fable2 gets more attention than Far Cry 2.

Whats wrong with farcry 2 on xbox 360? I'm a pc guy and I'm loving farcry 2 on xbox 360, I probably won't even pirate it on the pc, which I usually do.

Because its ten times better than Far cry. because Far cry is exactly like hundreds of games we see each and every month, games like Far cry lack innovation, and are churned out simply to make money with no thought at gameplay

Of course the resolution counts, plus you get the jaggies on 360, with PC you can get much higher AA.
Not that I mind the graphics or the controls all that much(they aren't bad, I just prefer the PC), it's a terrific game. But when Fable 2 will eventually get released on the PC, both the graphics and the controls will be superior.

If you have a monster PC like I have the ofc the gfx are better.
Usually you get better LOD, draw distance, textures etc.
Not to say the 360 version is bad, because it isn't.

There's nothing wrong with the controls. Don't blame the controls just because u suck at using it. If u wanna know what shitty controls is try Alone in the dark.
