I've read on some forums in Germany that the game already IS in some stores, but they don't sell it yet. The soonest date was 15th (wednesday).

I think the most stores have it already. But if they aren't allowed to sell it it doesn't help us. I think we cannot expect any release before Wednesday.

Last year it was released on the 22nd whereas the official release date was the 25th or 26th.

I don't know the guy, so it doesn't really matter weather he's telling the truth or not. Fact is, that many shops stated that they will start selling the game on wednesday and Amazon will supposedly deliver many games on wednesday. So it isn't a surprise if someone persuades shop staff to sell him the game a day earlier. It happened very often in the past.
