Cause that's exactly how Fallout plays. /sarcasm

Cause that's exactly how Fallout plays. /sarcasm | Well, I remember a VERY hard work for killing a simple rat in Morrowind.

it's difficult to kill a rat in fallout in the beginning when you don't have any skills or weapons yet, but luckily not anymore, with the new bethesda leveling system they will always be the same difficulty
hooray for progress

Things aren't that tragic shole.
True, enemies may level up with you like Oblivion, but a rat is a rat. He gets more HP, don't remember if his attack is upgraded too, but YOU have more hp, A LOT BETTER WEAPONS / SKILLS / ARMOR, so it IS actually easier to kill them, even if they are the same level.
I'm far from being an RPG expert, but I spent 200 hours on Oblivion and had no problem with enemies levelling at the same time as me.
I'm not saying it's the preferred / best levelling system, but still it's not such a big problem afterall.

It completely ruins the game. Mid-way through you're wondering where all those pathetic creatures are..oh..they're not pathetic anymore because everything and everyone apparently gets better at the same rate as you do.
It had nothing to do with difficulty, it had to do with the fact that apparently every bandit was stupid rich, being able to afford the mighty sword of mega awesomeness yet still had to try and rob me for 5 gold...
sell your sword and retire with 50 virgins..

lol
Oh well, about the bandits you're right I guess. Some of them had really expensive swords, but I remember once you get some good ones, you never even search bandit bodies again
Still, it didn't ruin the experience for me, but I get your point.

thats why i didn't bothered with the x360 version (read wasted a verb) and wait for the 28th to play the PC version to tweak the crap out of it , its Oblivion engine so the ini edits would be the same , will force the fov to be 90 , field of view to be 1000 and other tweaks to make this game playable

Couldn't play Oblivion unitl OOO came out, overhauls every enemy in game and they don't level up with you anymore but have fixed stats, that's RPG Betshita.
As for the GT videos that's the first time I've seen combat without the player pressing the 'right bumper' all the time, well he managed for whole 15 seconds without it.

lol, I just love the exaggerations about the amount of mods needed to enjoy Oblivion.
Well, I guess one either hates or loves some games.
Anyway, saw those new GT fallout vids today, look really cool

IMO they should remove the title Fallout from this game and just call it Oblivion 3000: Apocalypto, that way even if this game turns out to be total ass it has no connection to the originals. ^_^
Also, I hated Fallout Tactics, couldn't play it...just pissed me off for some reson. I wasn't a superfan of the originals either and prefered the Jagged Allinace series. :O

Can't say I heard much good about the exploration thing, more like 'cramped exploration', and mods that increase map size are very, very difficult to make plus the time it takes to model all the stuff in that new area.

Just leak it already. I'm now afraid of going into Fallout 3 boards because of spoilers from console gamers. Jebus.

fov - field of vision ( the PC's vision angle in an FPS ).
field of view ( or distance ) - distance as far as the PC can see and/or the game world's objects /creatures are rendered.
I think this is what he meant.

Field of View != Drawing Distance
Also, I don't think there'll be lots of difference, Fallout 3 (Xbox360) has some crazy draw distances, really good actually.
